Gym, steam, infrared sauna and cold plunge. Contrast sessions in 45-minute slots.

A palm-screened padel court with a spectator lounge. Member hours every morning and evening.

Hot desks, garden desks in the cabanas, four private offices and a podcast studio.

04Gather

The Yard: a 350-guest garden with cabanas, lawn, trellis and a DJ booth. Lounge by day, venue by night.

Founding rate is 20% off for seats 001–050, locked for 12 months, with the year paid up front. Endeavor-referred members get 15% off standard with no prepayment. Nobody stacks discounts; you get the better of the two.

Wellness CreditsOne monthly pool per tier for spa, padel, studio and cabanas. Peak hours cost more so the 7 AM rush stays fair. Gym is free at every tier.

From plunge to sundowner

The programming is the moat.

Tuesday 7 AM padel and plunge. Thursday 5 PM Golden Hour on the Lawn. Friday noon founder lunch at the truck. Sunday 9 AM sound bath and slow coffee. Every month: Endeavor Founder Night, Regeneration Salon, live podcast tapings, the Full Moon Dinner and a free Open Yard for the neighborhood.
